General All events by FOSTEC & Company GmbH are subject to these special conditions of contract. Conflicting terms and conditions of contractual partners or third parties are valid only if we expressly agree to them in writing. In addition, the General Terms and Conditions of FOSTEC & Company GmbH shall apply (Conditions of Contract Part 1). 2. Registration Participants can register via the Internet or by email at info@fostec.com. 3. Reservation Reservation may be made within the limits of the maximum number of participants. Once a reservation has been made, the contract is concluded and the participant will receive a booking confirmation. 4. Cancellations and Revocations In the event that a speaker is ill or otherwise unable to attend, FOSTEC & Company GmbH reserves the right to send another speaker in their place. It is further entitled to completely cancel the event prior to the event start time for reasons including insufficient participant numbers or the absence of the speaker at short notice due to illness, accident or other inability to attend. In the event of cancellation, an attempt will be made to rebook you at the same event on another date, insofar as you are in agreement with this; otherwise, the event fees will be fully reimbursed to you. 5. Payment The payment of fees occurs at registration. 6. Copyright The event documents are subject to the copyright of FOSTEC & Company GmbH and / or the speakers and may not be copied, passed on or used in other events without permission. Software used in training sessions is also copyrighted and may not be copied without the permission of the copyright holder. 7. F&C INSIGHTS Events F&C INSIGHTS Events are events that facilitate the exchange of knowledge and experiences by market participants in the same industry. Participants undertake to refrain from any declarations of will, legal transactions or acts with the potential to suggest that competitive agreements in violation of the German Unfair Competition Act (UWG) and / or the German Act Against Restraints of Competition (GWB) could be made on the occasion of the event.
