We offer outstanding Bachelor’s and Master’s students the opportunity to experience the a consulting workday at first hand. You’ll be put to work as a fully-fledged member of a project team from the outset and will handle particular workstreams autonomously under the guidance of experienced consultants. If we like your way of working, your personality and your results, the internship will be your entrance ticket to a fixed position. We recommend an internship of at least twelve weeks’ duration.

Our analyst programme offers an intensive introduction to our strategy consulting boutique. Different stations, intensive project work, fantastic training sessions and ongoing mentoring by experienced consultants – a true deep dive into the consulting world of FOSTEC & Company! During the 6-12 months of your programme, we’ll support you as you learn how to think like an entrepreneur.

It’s not only on projects that you’ll be required to handle important assignments in an autonomous fashion – you’ll also be required to contribute to the ongoing development of our firm. Working in internal teams, you’ll develop ideas, improve processes and actively help to shape FOSTEC & Company’s future. Whether in HR marketing, knowledge management or as part of our parent company, FOSTEC Ventures, we’ll give you the opportunity to be an entrepreneur!

If you prove yourself as an analyst in the 6-12 months of your program, we’ll look forward to welcoming you back as an Associate after your master’s degree.

If you possess a good Master’s qualification, you can begin your career with us in a consultant role. After a short time, you’ll take over responsibility for your own workstreams and customer contacts on projects – naturally with experienced consultants at your side. Our goal is that during your time as a consultant, you get to know the entire spectrum of digitalisation and e-commerce-related topics with which our strategy boutique deals. As a result, you’ll be trained as a generalist in core aspects of management and gain familiarity with a wide variety of industries.

With a doctorate or an MBA from a respected business school, you can become a consultant or senior consultant. Your role will depend on your level of professional experience,  In light of your qualifications, you’ll be expected to quickly assume responsibility not only for individual projects, but also for the company as a whole. Within particular projects, you’ll work autonomously on important sub-sections of the project. You’ll learn to think entrepreneurially and play a decisive role in developing solutions. With the support of experienced colleagues, you’ll take steps towards assuming managerial responsibilities and building customer relationships. The goal is to prepare you for tasks in the next step of your career, as a project manager.

Do you possess considerable experience in digitalisation and/or e-commerce and expert knowledge in these areas? For us, professional experience means that you have successfully led a comprehensive range of projects in the fields of e-commerce and/or digitalisation and are among the foremost experts in your area.
