Today, the adhesive in the black and yellow tube is one of the best-known branded products of our time. As early as 1971, UHU passed into the ownership of the English Beecham Group, from which it separated in 1989 as a result of a management buy-out. Since 1994, UHU has been a wholly owned subsidiary of the Bolton Group and a brand of Bolton Adhesives.
