As early as 1971, UHU passed into the ownership of the English Beecham Group, from which it separated in 1989 as a result of a management buy-out. The family-owned company glaskoch was founded in 1859 and is now one of the leading glass suppliers in Europe. Today, the company in its fifth generation and is run by Oliver Kleine and his wife Bianca. The LEONARDO brand has existed since 1972.

Based in the Baden-Württemberg town of Ingelfingen, BTI Befestigungstechnik GmbH & Co. KG is a leading direct seller of products to the construction trade. The company’s portfolio includes more than 100,000 items for professional tradesmen. BTI offers tools, operating equipment and products from the chemical, fastening, sanitary, heating and air conditioning sectors. It also offers workwear and occupational safety equipment. Individual system solutions for roof and window installation and fire protection round out the offering. Of more than 800 employees, over 450 are currently working as consultants.
