Investment company INVICTO Holding finances the takeover of LotteStyle GmbH by the newly founded empact brands GmbH

The target

Since its founding, LotteStyle GmbH has been selling products in the areas of baby fashion, swimwear for women and clothing for women primarily on Amazon and eBay. The company sells its products under three brands: TupTam, Aquarti and Alkato.

The transaction
