Florian Rehfeldt, a graduate sociologist, is an expert in business development, human resources and strategy work.

He has several years of experience as a consultant and interim manager in the automotive and supplier industry, plant and mechanical engineering, and the electrical and IT sectors.

His core competencies lie in the areas of corporate strategy, operational excellence, change management, digitalisation, organisational structure consulting, project management and leadership.

Mr Rehfeldt is characterised by his sound methodological expertise and structured approach to work. With his background in psychology, he is a master of professional stakeholder management and covers all soft skills topics at FOSTEC & Company in addition to sales.

Mr Rehfeldt has been working as a Business Development & Human Resources Officer at FOSTEC & Company since 2025.

Jan Dominik Gunkel, Dipl.-Kfm./Master, is an entrepreneur, executive advisor and advisory board.

In addition, he supports FOSTEC & Company with his experience in accompanying large medium-sized companies in phases of growth and crises. The focus here is on the development and implementation of strategies for digital transformation, e-commerce and internationalization.

He is also a lecturer for internationalization strategies in medium-sized companies, mentor at the German Accelerator in the USA and a certified advisory board of the Initiative Beirat BW e.V. 

In his previous professional activity for a leading German industrial company, private equity company as well as with his own start-ups, he was able to: Gaining experience as managing director and strategy consultant across various industries.

Jan Dominik Gunkel [/ image-divider]

His main focus is on worldwide sales, marketing, e-commerce (especially Amazon), innovation management, M&A and restructuring. Jan Dominik Gunkel lived and worked abroad for 7 years (USA, Asia, Europe).

In 2017 Jan Dominik Gunkel founded DIGANTRO Growth Partners, which was taken over by FOSTEC & Company in 2021.

He studied at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management and at the University of California at Berkeley.

Niels Haußmann, Dipl. Betriebswirt (FH) (equiv. to  a Bachelor’s degree in business economics), is an expert in finance, sales, marketing, HR and logistics with a focus on e-commerce. 

He draws on several years’ experience as a sales manager and has managed international projects in the fields of industry, mechanical engineering, consumer goods, retail and medical technology. He has assisted SMEs and family businesses and successfully supported the establishment of a start-up of FOSTEC Ventures GmbH.

The focus of his project responsibility is the systematic implementation of e-commerce strategies by means of appropriate measures. In one of his most recent projects, Niels not only worked on the development of sales planning and controlling, but served as director of key account management and assumed responsibility for the simultaneous optimisation of fulfilment processes.

Since 2017, Niels has been a member of FOSTEC & Company’s management team.

Markus Fost, MBA, is an expert in e-commerce, online business models, and digital transformation and has broad experience in the fields of strategy, organisation, corporate finance, and in operative restructuring.

His project experience ranges from the development of e-commerce strategies for brand manufacturers and retailers right up to their operational implementation.

His clients include multinational corporations and SMEs that are active in a broad range of industries including the automotive, construction, fashion, industrial, consumer goods, trade and media industries.

Markus is the founder and managing director of digitalisation-focused consulting boutique FOSTEC & Company GmbH and venture capital company FOSTEC Ventures GmbH. He is also a visiting lecturer on e-commerce and the author of a wide range of specialist books. His publishers include the specialist publishing house Springer Gabler Verlag.

After completing professional training as an industrial business manager, Markus studied economic sciences and earned a Bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Nürtingen-Geislingen University of Applied Sciences/ This was followed by an MBA in finance and management from the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University. He has been active as a consultant since 2009.
