Context and relevance

The Digital Efficiency Transformation translates this prioritisation into operational change: administrative and operational processes are digitalised and automated – along a clear roadmap, with an ROI calculation for each process and a change approach that does not overstretch the organisation’s implementation capacity.

The AI-Powered Process Automation & Workflow Intelligence module additionally taps the automation potential that classic methods do not capture: using the AIFM OS methodology (AI First Management Operating System), AI-specific automation possibilities – including for unstructured processes and decision logic – are identified, evaluated and translated into an implementation logic.
